No cancellations or changes (additions or alterations) to the contents of an order after the delivery date has been confirmed (after the delivery date has been confirmed by e-mail) will be accepted. Please make sure to check your order details before completing your order.

Cancellations and changes (additions or alterations) to the contents of made-to-order items and items ordered from overseas cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a faulty product is found or a product different to that ordered is received, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 5 days of receipt of the product. After checking the situation, we will replace the product with an identical one or repair it. Please note that no refunds will be made if the same product is available or if the fault can be corrected by replacing parts or repairing the fault.

Please note that we do not accept any cancellations or returns for reasons attributable to the customer. Please understand this before placing your order. Please be sure to check the contents of your order before paying for it, as we cannot cancel, change or exchange colours or sizes of ordered items.

While we do our utmost to reproduce the actual colors and textures of the product on website, slight differences in color between the real product and the showcased product may occur due to differences in your PC monitor (such as differences in LCDs and brightness), screen settings and the conditions under which the product photographs were taken.

In addition, some products have a different look and feel depending on the characteristics of the material, such as the appearance of wood grain and annual rings, the pattern and design of fabrics and leather, the finish of products made from old wood, and the finish of vintage-processed products.

Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations after payment has been completed, such as returns, exchanges or changes due to reasons such as the color or texture being different from the image.

In the unlikely event of a price misstatement on this website, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Please be aware of this in advance.
